160021, Lnjnbio^® Magnetic Beads are specifically designed for DNA&RNA extraction and purification. There are a certain amount of silicon hydroxyl groups on the beads. Under the condition of high salt/low pH, the Lnjnbio^® Magnetic Beads specifically bind the DNA&RNA without protein and other substrates that interfere Polymerase Chain Reaction by Hydrophobic effect/Hydrogen bonding/Electrostatic interaction. In this method, we create automatic platform for mass of samples and clinical specimens.

• Resuspend the beads thoroughly for a few minutes before usage.
• Freezing, drying, or centrifuging Lnjnbio® Magnetic Beads may result in irreversible aggregation and loss of binding activity.

Instructions for use

• Taking a sample volume of 200 μL as an example, the usage of magnetic beads is normally 5-25 μL for each test, adding optimal amount of anhydrous ethanol or isopropanol.
