【Product Introduction】
This product can be used for small circulating DNA (<300bp) extraction from 500 μL-8 mL of serum/plasma or urine. The lysis solution not only serves to lysate samples such as serum/plasma, but also provides an environment for the magnetic beads to selectively adsorb nucleic acids, thus realizing lysis and binding in one step. The small amount of impurities adsorbed by the magnetic beads is removed by washing with the washing solution. The magnetic beads release the adsorbed nucleic acids under the action of the elution solution, an high quality free DNA (ctDNA, cfDNA, ccfDNA) is obtained. The free DNA extracted by this product does not require toxic reagents such as phenol and chloroform, and the free DNA obtained can be used directly in downstream experiments.
