Experimental case: 100bp exogenous nucleic acid fragments were added to the serum, and the simulation experiment was carried out, and the sample was extracted and then qPCR was performed.

The electrophoresis results were as follows, sample starting volume: 200 μL, 80 μL elution, 6 μL top sample electrophoresis, agarose gel concentration of 1%, 120 V, electrophoresis for 30 min.
