Result Analysis:
The test results of the ultra-micro nucleic acid analyzer show:
① The value of A260/A280 is above 1.8, and the value of A260/A230 is above 2.0, indicating that the purity of the extracted products is high.
② The nucleic acid extraction yield of 20mg wheat leaf samples is above 37 µg.
The results of agarose gel electrophoresis show:
① Wheat leaves all have bright bands and good integrity.
