मामला1：

The DNA of 10 cases of paraffin-embedded tissues (5 माइक्रोन, 6 sections) of human gastric mucosa was extracted by using our company’s paraffin-embedded tissue DNA extraction kit, and then qPCR was performed with human GAPDH housekeeper gene as the target gene, and whether the extracted product affected qPCR amplification.
