Kasus 1: 

(1) The sample is DH 5α E. E.coli (containing PHY300PLK-egls gene plasmid, base pair about 6000 bp, low copy plasmid), bacterial solution OD₆₀₀ = 0.11. After extraction was determined by Quawell Q5000 trace ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer, the results are as follows:
