Kasus: 

The sample is DH 5α E. E.coli (containing PHY300PLK-egls gene plasmid, base pair about 6000 bp, low copy plasmid), bacterial solution OD₆₀₀ = 0.103. Plasmid was extracted by LJbio32H automated nucleic acid extraction instrument (combined with the instrument operation, the amplitude was level 3). After extraction was determined by Quawell Q5000 trace ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer, the results are as follows:
