LnjnBio 160014 磁気ビーズ feature a superparamagnetic Fe34 core-SiO2shell structure. Through precise control of the silanization modification process, a high-density hydroxyl functional group is constructed on the bead surface. This unique structure enables rapid response to external magnetic fields (magnetic response time < 10 秒) and negligible residual magnetism after demagnetization (coercivity < 5 Oe), ensuring excellent dispersion and reusability. With nucleic acid recovery rates exceeding 90% and a sedimentation half-life of 16–30 minutes, these beads deliver superior suspension stability and operational convenience, making them ideal even for high-throughput sample processing.

160014 Magnetic Beads are primarily suitable for the extraction and purification of genomic DNA from moderate to large quantities of plant tissue, animal tissue, and whole blood. They are particularly well-suited for whole blood, peripheral blood, ゲノムDNA抽出, and co-extraction of DNA/RNA, offering a high binding capacity. Taking 20 ng/µl target DNA as an example, the beads achieve a recovery rate of approximately 90% or higher (as shown in Table 1).
