An 800bp fragment designed using the 1026bp Lambda bacteriophage cDNA as template was amplified via PCR. The amplification reaction comprised a 50 μL system with 10 ng template and a primer annealing temperature of 60°C. Following amplification, 1 μL of each product was subjected to nucleic acid electrophoresis using DL 2000 as the marker under conditions of 120 V for 35 minit.
