Description

Polystyrene carboxyl microspheres are spherical colloidal particles and amorphous polymer. They are synthesized through emulsion polymerization, dispersion polymerization, soap-free emulsion polymerization and other methods. Different particle sizes of polystyrene carboxyl microspheres can be provided, and the number of functional groups can be controlled to meet the requirements of customers for sensitivity and linear range. Polystyrene microspheres with carboxyl groups on the surface can be combined with antigens, antibodies, peptides, etc. through chemical coupling. They can be widely used in enhanced immunoturbidimetry (PET), latex agglutination tests, and microsphere capture enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays, etc. In addition, latex microspheres can also be used as templates, measurement standards, additives, etc.

Advantages

1.Excellent sphericity: Ideal microsphere morphology without any miscellaneous items.
2. Outstanding repeatability:Small difference between batches.
3. Superior operability: It can be readily separated by centrifugation.
4. Highly homogeneous microsphere particle size: CV < 3%.

Note

1. Before extracting the microspheres, they should be thoroughly mixed to prevent alterations in microsphere concentration due to sampling. Any slight sedimentation or agglomeration can be eliminated by ultrasonic treatment; But prolonged ultrasonic exposure should be avoided to safeguard the microsphere surface from damage.
2. During utilization and storage, freeze-thaw or desiccation should be evaded.
3. This product is relatively stable under neutral or alkaline conditions. Do not mix polyvalent cations or organic solvents.
4. The operating temperature should not exceed 100°C to prevent the polystyrene microspheres from melting, deforming, or coalescing.
5. The aforementioned information does not encompass all details and is merely provided for guiding purposes.
