Description

Carboxyl magnetic microspheres consist of polymeric polystyrene and magnetic particles, which have the advantages of superparamagnetism, rapid magnetic response, excellent suspension, low non-specific adsorption and high coupling efficiency. The surface of this product is modified with rich carboxyl functional groups, which can specifically combine with various biological ligands (proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides, drug molecules, etc.) through chemical covalent coupling. With the aid of magnetic separation, it can be used for the capture, cleaning, detection and analysis of various antigens, antibodies, hormones, enzymes, etc..  It can be used for chemiluminescence, immunoassay, immunoprecipitation, microbial detection and other biological analysis and detection fields.

3、EDC should be prepared using ultra-pure water pre-cooled to 4°C for immediate use.

4、During activation and binding processes, magnetic beads should be maintained in suspension to ensure optimal performance.
