1.Detailed Process Flow Illustration

1.1 Quality-Based Pretreatment

  • Chromium-containing wastewater: Collected separately and treated using traditional reduction-precipitation (Cr⁶⁺ → Cr³⁺).
  • Zinc/nickel-containing wastewater: Directed to an equalization tank for homogenization (no need to adjust pH, saving large amounts of alkali agents!).

1.2 Magnetic Bead Adsorption Reaction

  • Amino-modified magnetic beads are added to the reaction tank (5-10 times the heavy metal concentration).
  • Stir for 20-30 minutes—the magnetic beads precisely capture Zn²⁺ and Ni²⁺ ions.

1.3 Magnetic Separation (Core Step)

  • Wastewater enters ahigh-gradient magnetic separator (key equipment).
  • Beads are fully extracted within 2 minutos ( 60 times faster than traditional sedimentation!).
