Introduction

2.Experimental investigation, results demonstration

A certain concentration of binding solution containing NaCl and PEG was prepared and mixed with 220012 magnetic beads to form a magnetic bead suspension, 100 μl of sample (containing a total amount of 1 μg of dye-free DNA Marker with a size of 100-5,000 bp) was added, and the first round was added with 2×-0.45× volume of sorting magnetic beads for DNA fragment purification, respectively. In the second round, 0.15-0.2× volume of sorting magnetic beads were added, and the sorted products were detected by electrophoresis using a 1.2% agarose gel.
