【Experimental cases】

Case 1: Nucleic acids obtained by extracting 0.01 mg, 0.005 mg, 0.002 mg, و 0.001 mg of trace pork cell samples were detected by 1% agarose gel electrophoresis for nucleic acid bands, and the results obtained are shown in the figure below:
