Lnjnbio® DNA Select-Beads

This product is designed to recover nucleic acid fragments of different molecular weights in specific ratios of magnetic bead suspensions using nano-magnetic beads with unique separating effects in conjunction with an optimised buffer system. The product is suitable for the recovery, isolation or purification of DNA within a specific length range greater than 100bp. The whole operation process is convenient and fast, and the sorting product is suitable for the length sorting of DNA during the construction of high-throughput sequencing libraries. By adjusting the dosage of the product and by unilateral or bilateral (once or twice) separation and purification, the isolation and purification of DNA of different length ranges can be achieved.

Characteristics

• This product has strong specificity and high DNA binding capacity. The product has fast DNA binding speed and high binding capacity, and nucleic acid fragments of different sizes can be separated and purified quickly. Además, the small particle size of magnetic beads is not easy to produce non-specific adsorption, which can quickly and effectively remove unadulterated dNTP, primers, primer dimers, salts and other contaminants.

NGS Library Preparation and Refinement
This represents its primary application, crucial for purifying DNA at various stages of library construction, eliminating impurities (such as primer dimers), and most importantly, precisely selecting DNA fragments of specific lengths to ensure sequencing quality.

Routine PCR Product Purification
Enables the rapid purification of PCR products by removing reaction components like primers, primer dimers, enzymes, and dNTPs, yielding high-purity DNA for downstream applications (p.ej., cloning, sequencing).

Replacement for Agarose Gel Extraction
By adjusting the bead-to-sample ratio, target DNA fragments of specific sizes can be isolated directly from a mixture. Thiscircumvents the tedious gel excision step, offering a faster, more efficient method that avoids UV-induced DNA damage.

Selective Enrichment of Specific Small Fragments
Used to selectively capture short DNA fragments. A key example is innon-invasive prenatal diagnostics and liquid biopsies, where it efficiently isolates vital circulating free DNA (ADNcf) from blood samples while removing longer background genomic DNA.
