【Introduzione al prodotto】

This product is suitable for the rapid and efficient extraction of total DNA from stool samples. The extraction process uses Digestive Buffer and Proteinase K to lyses the intestinal flora cells in the stool, releasing the total DNA. The magnetic beads selectively adsorb the total DNA in the lysate under the action of the binding buffer. The small amount of impurities adsorbed by the magnetic beads is removed by the Washing Buffer. The magnetic beads release the adsorbed total DNA under the action of the Elution Buffer, and the high-quality total DNA of intestinal flora can be obtained. The total DNA of intestinal flora extracted by this product does not need toxic reagents such as phenol, cloroformio, ecc., and the total DNA obtained can be directly used in downstream experiments.

【Casi sperimentali】

Caso 1:

Total DNA was extracted from six stool samples of different sources (sampling volume of 200 mg) using theStool Total DNA Extraction Kit from Shanghai Lingjun Biotechnology Co. Ltd. on an automated nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument, LJbio32H, and about 10 μg of total DNA could be captured with high stability.

Caso 2：

The same stool sample was extracted multiple times (10 repetitions) using the Stool Total DNA Extraction Kit from Shanghai Lingjun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. and quantitatively amplified by qPCR to detect 16S rRNA targets.

Analisi dei risultati：

The results showed that the Ct values for multiple extracted samples were essentially the same, thus indicating good reproducibility of the extraction kit.
