160014 Magnetic Beads are primarily suitable for the extraction and purification of genomic DNA from moderate to large quantities of plant tissue, tisu haiwan, and whole blood. They are particularly well-suited for whole blood, peripheral blood, pengekstrakan DNA genomik, and co-extraction of DNA/RNA, offering a high binding capacity. Taking 20 ng/µl target DNA as an example, the beads achieve a recovery rate of approximately 90% atau lebih tinggi (as shown in Table 1).
