Caso 1: Batch differences in DNA purification and recovery using 160011

The above is the purification and recovery of DNA templates using three different production batches of our 160011 cuentas magnéticas. The recovery rate of each batch can reach 95%, and there is basically no difference among the three groups of experimental results. The product has good batch-to-batch stability, which can ensure the product quality.

Caso 2El 160011 silica-based magnetic beads were used on the automatic nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument LJbio32H to extract the diluent of a certain coronavirus pseudovirus (there were two concentration gradients: high and low). Each concentration gradient was repeated 10 times. The extracted products were subjected to qPCR detection to examine the data related to precision. The experimental results showed that the amplification curves of both the high-concentration samples and the low-concentration samples exhibited good repeatability. The average values of the high-concentration samples and the low-concentration samples were 23.76 ± 0.14 y 29.84 ± 0.11, respectively; the CV values were 0.57% y 0.37%, respectively, and both values were less than 5%.
