PEG is a polymeric material with high hydrophilicity, non-toxicity, no antigenicity, and biocompatibility.The modification of Fe3Ô4 with PEG can significantly improve the stability and biocompatibility of magnetic nanoparticles, reduce their immune response and clearance rate in vivo, and extend their circulation time in vivo. Nano PEG-Fe3Ô4 has a wide range of applications in biomedicine, materials science, and environmental governance.
