The Plant DNA/RNA Extraction Reagent is suitable for the fast and efficient extraction of DNA/RNA from plant tissue samples such as plant leaves, fruits, 씨앗, 등. 결과 분석:

The results of the Ultra-Micro Nucleic Acid Assay (UMNA) test showed that:

①The values of A260/A280 and A260/A230 are above 1.8, and the peak shapes are complete and basically coincide, which proves that the extracted products are of high purity.

②The yields of nucleic acids extracted from different plant leaf samples were above 20 µg.

The results of agarose gel electrophoresis showed that:

①All the samples of different plant leaves have bright bands and good integrity.

In conclusion, the extracted products of different plant leaves samples were of high purity, high yield and complete electrophoretic bands.
