【Product Introduction】

This product uses a lysis buffer to directly lyse Gram-negative samples or lyse Gram-positive samples with lysozyme to release nucleic acids, and the magnetic beads selectively adsorb nucleic acids in the lysis buffer under the action of the binding buffer. A small amount of impurities adsorbed by the magnetic beads are removed by cleaning the washing buffer. Under the action of the elution buffer, the magnetic beads release the adsorbed nucleic acid, namely to obtain high-quality DNA / RNA. The DNA / RNA extracted from this product requires no toxic reagents such as phenol and chloroform, and the obtained DNA / RNA can be directly used for downstream experiments.

【Product advantages】

Result analysis:

The results of the Ultra-Micro Nucleic Acid Assay test showed that:

① The value of A₂₆₀ / あ₂₈₀ is above 1.9, and the value of A₂₆₀ / あ₂₃₀ is above 2.0. The complete and basic coincidence of peak shape prove the high purity of the extraction product.

② The nucleic acid extraction yield of different E.coli samples was above 5 µg.

The results of the agarose gel electrophoresis showed that:

① Different E.coli samples have bright and good integrity bands.

In conclusion, the nucleic acid extraction yield of E.coli has high purity, high yield, complete electrophoretic band.
