結果分析:

The results of the Ultra-Micro Nucleic Acid Assay (UMNA) test showed that:

①A260/A280, A260/A230, the coefficient of variation was below 6.58%, which proved the high stability of reagent extraction.

②The values of A260/A280 were above 1.8, and the values of A260/A230 were in the range of 1.5-2.0, and the peak shapes were complete and basically overlapped proving that the extracted products were of high purity.

③Nucleic acid extraction yields ranged from 10-28 µg or more for different animal tissue samples.

The results of agarose gel electrophoresis showed that:

①Different tissue samples from different animals have bright bands with good integrity.

In conclusion: the nucleic acids of different animal samples were extracted by the fully automatic nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument, and the extracted products were of high purity, 高収量, complete electrophoretic bands, and the reagents were uniform and stable in cooperation with the instrument.
