The lysis buffer directly lyses the plant samples to release nucleic acids. Under the action of the binding buffer, the magnetic beads selectively adsorb the nucleic acids in the lysis buffer. The washing buffer is used to clean the magnetic beads to remove a small amount of impurities adsorbed on them. Under the action of the elution buffer, the magnetic beads release the adsorbed nucleic acids, thus obtaining high-quality genomic DNA. Analisis Keputusan:

The test results of the ultra-micro nucleic acid analyzer show:

① The value of A260/A280 is above 1.8, and the value of A260/A230 is above 2.0, indicating that the purity of the extracted products is high.

② The nucleic acid extraction yield of 20mg wheat leaf samples is above 37 µg.

The results of agarose gel electrophoresis show:

① Wheat leaves all have bright bands and good integrity.
