【Produktintroduktion】

This kit uses a unique separation magnetic bead and buffer system to extract RNA from animal tissues, and the whole process is easy to operate, which is especially suitable for automated nucleic acid extraction platforms. The results of the Ultra-Micro Nucleic Acid Assay (UMNA) test showed that:

(1) The value of A260/A280 is 1.86-1.96, and the value of A260/A230 is above 1.75, which proves that the purity of the extracted product is high.   

(2) The yield of nucleic acid extraction from different animal tissue samples was more than 0.2 μg.

The results of electropherogram showed that:

(1) Different animal tissue samples had bright bands and good integrity.
