Analisis keputusan:

Keputusan Ujian Asid Nukleik Ultra-Mikro (UMNA) ujian menunjukkan bahawa:

①A260/A280, A260/A230, pekali variasi adalah di bawah 3.62%, yang membuktikan kestabilan tinggi pengekstrakan reagen.

②The values of A260/A280 were in the range of 1.8~1.9, the values of A260/A230 were above 2.0, and the peak shapes were complete and overlapped proving that the extracted products were of high purity.

③Hasil pengekstrakan asid nukleik adalah dari 8-37 µg atau lebih untuk sampel tisu haiwan yang berbeza.

Keputusan elektroforesis gel agarose menunjukkan bahawa:

①Various tissue samples from different animals with bright bands and good integrity.
