Analysis of result：

The test results of the ultra-micro nucleic acid analyzer showed that:

①The value of A260/A280 is 1.78-1.9, and the value of A260/A230 is above 2.0, and the peak shape is complete and basically coincides, which proves that the purity of the extracted product is high.

②The yield of nucleic acid extraction from different animal tissue samples was more than 11 µg.

The results of agarose gel electrophoresis showed that:

①Tissue samples from different animals all had bright bands and good integrity.
