【Présentation du produit】

This product uses guanidine salt to directly lyse cells and pathogens (virus, bactéries, mycoplasme, chlamydia) in serum/plasma, libérant des acides nucléiques. Magnetic beads selectively adsorb nucleic acids in the lysis solution under the action of isopropanol. Remove a small amount of impurities adsorbed by magnetic beads through cleaning with detergent. Under the action of eluent, magnetic beads release adsorbed nucleic acids to obtain high-quality viral DNA/RNA. The virus DNA/RNA extracted from serum/plasma samples using this product does not require toxic reagents such as phenol or chloroform, and the obtained virus DNA/RNA can be directly used in downstream experiments.

【Cas expérimentaux】

Cas 1:

Using our serum/plasma virus nucleic acid extraction reagents, HBV national standard gradient diluents were extracted on the automatic nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument LJbio32H. The extracted products of each concentration gradient diluent were detected by HBV-qPCR, with a correlation coefficient R>0.99. The specific data is as follows:

Analyse des résultats：The accuracy of the reagent is very high, and the sensitivity is still good when extracting low concentration samples.

Cas 2:

Dilute the HBV national standard to 10 IU/mL, and use our serum/plasma virus nucleic acid extraction reagent to perform 20 repeated extractions on the automatic nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument LJbio32H. The extracted products are tested for HBV-qPCR and can be stably detected.

Analyse des résultats：The small difference between duplicate samples indicates stable reagent performance and good reproducibility of results.

Cas 3：

HCV nucleic acid serum standard substance was subjected to gradient dilution, and our serum/plasma virus nucleic acid extraction reagent was used to extract on the automatic nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument LJbio32H. The extracted products of various concentration gradient dilutions were subjected to qPCR detection, et les résultats sont les suivants:
